1. Transaction security


1.1. Data encryption

In order to ensure security of Customer data transmission, the Online Shop uses an SSL Certificate that ensures that the data is not  accessible to any third parties. Data encryption starts when the order is being made. You will be informed about  the certificate of authenticity, please read and accept it. From then on you can be sure that the data is completely secure and is accessible only to authorized persons.

1.2. Returns


The Customers  are entitled to return bought goods, without giving any reasons, within 10 days from their delivery. Additional information can be found in Returns and Exchanges.

2. Offer


2.1. Colors


The colors of the shoes presented online may vary slightly from the real shades due to digitalization process therefore no complaints based on difference of shade will be taken into account (unless the customer was send  a wrong product ).
 
2.2. Product availability


Shoes presented online are also available in our shops. Hence the possibility that the pair of shoes a customer buys  may have been tried on earlier by some other client. If we have more than a pair of on stock we always send a pair that has not been tried on. We can check on request if a given pair of shoes has been tried on, but it takes up to 24 hours.

3. Order fulfillment 


Products sold online are also sold in shops and there may occur rare occasions when:

a product gets sold online and in the shop at the same time,
the inventory balance is waiting for an update and hasn’t been changed yet

We stipulate the right to annul the order fulfillment if one of the above mentioned situations occur. At the same time we ensure that we make efforts to update the inventory as quickly as possible so that we would not be forced to annul the order fulfillment.

Receipt is send with every order. We can also send an invoice on customers request. This has to be stated on the second step of the ordering process (“I would like to receive a VAT invoice”)

Every order is fulfilled within 24 hours after the payment is posted and  the stock is replenished.

 To facilitate the ordering process, we enable the customers to post orders over the phone or by email.

    Phone orders.
 
Phone orders are taken Monday-Friday, 11:30 – 18:00 under two phone numbers +48 616 682 822 and +48 698 081 887. When placing an order please state the make, symbol, size and color of the chosen shoe. If the product is in stock the customer is asked for address, phone number and email address. As is the case with internet orders the client may choose to pay by money transfer to our bank account or on delivery.

   Text message orders.

 Text messages may be send 24/7 but the orders will be taken only in the working hours of the dispatch department. The text message must include:

    * symbol, size and color of the ordered shoe
    * customers name and address where the order should be send
    * information about the chosen method of payment (money transfer or payment on delivery)
    * phone number
   
After the order is taken the customer will receive a text message or a phone call.
 
Email orders.

Emails may be send 24/7 but the orders will be taken only in the working hours of the dispatch department. The email must include:

    * symbol, size and color of the ordered shoe
    * customers name and address where the order should be send
    * information about the chosen method of payment (money transfer or payment on delivery)
    * phone number
   
After the order is taken the customer will receive email or a phone call.

Note! Placing an order via phone, text message or email is paramount to accepting the terms of the shops Regulations.

4. Payments


4.1. Methods of payment

The method of payment preferred by the shop is a money transfer to our bank account. We also offer our clients a possibility to pay by electronic money transfer or by credit card through the safe online payment system and on delivery.
To the payments made through Przelewy24.pl a commission is added (2% of the order’s value but no less than 2PLN).

4.2.

The payments should me made just after placing an order. The transfer must be posted no later than 3 days after the order was placed. In a situation when the payment has not been made after 3 days the shop stipulates the right to annul the order.

4.3.

The title of the transfer should include only the number of the order (the number given in the confirmation email).

5. Dispatch


5.1. In order to ensure quick and reliable delivery the orders are usually dispatched via GLS courier mail and have a full coverage insurance.

5.2. When placing an order the customer chooses the method of payment and delivery.


5.3. Responsibility for the goods is transferred to the customer the moment the goods are given to the courier therefore we advise to choose the couriers wisely.

 
5.4. Dispatch price list (when an order is placed the current dispatch price is shown in the shopping cart and added to the price):


The ordered Products can be delivered by Post,  via courier mail or InPost or can be collected by the Customer.
 
The courier mail is usually delivered between 10:00 and 15:00 therefore be advised to give an address where you can receive the order during those hours.
The customer who decide to use the Paczkomat delivery have 3 days to receive the order from Paczkomat and after that another 11 days to receive it at the nearest InPost office therefore if the customers are not sure to be able to pick their orders from the Paczkomat within 3 days are advised to use alternative dispatch options in order to avoid misunderstandings.
 
5.5. Orders paid on delivery

Orders paid on delivery, worth more than 400 PLN are send only via GLS courier mail. Such dispatches are insured for 5000 PLN which eliminates the risk of financial loss when the order gets lost.

Orders that are to be paid on delivery (dispatched via Poczta Polska or GLS) are always confirmed by phone. In order to ensure our customers’ wellbeing we never send orders paid on delivery without prior confirmation.
 
5.6. 

Every order placed in our shop is paramount to signing a sales agreement by the customer. In situations when the order is not received by the customer and returned to us by Post or courier mail the customer is charged with additional costs (the cost of sending the order and the cost of returning it to the sender). If that costs won’t be settled by that customer the dispute will be resolved by a court of law.
